Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership
Medaille's Masters in Organizational Leadership is preparing the next generation of leaders. It's designed to develop and enhance the management skills necessary to function effectively within business, industry, healthcare and community organizations. Our program focuses on the management of human and physical resources within various organizational cultures. Students learn the skills required to manage people, plans and projects.
This program is designed for aspiring leaders who will be challenged to expand their ability for innovative thinking, problem solving and inspirational leadership. Coursework is enhanced through the use of individual laptop computers to teach the programs and skill necessary in today's leadership field.
